Indoctrination by another is propaganda, brain-washing, or persuasion. Self-indoctrination is cultivation, drilling, practice, restraint, self-control, self-mastery, self-restraint, development of willpower.

Whatever they say about Thee Practice is subject to the Fnordian Clamp. That means that no matter what they say on the topic about Thee Practice, others will hear fnord. Thee Practice cannot be transmitted through words or deed.
