Yes, Thee Practice has become an optional elective -- and is no longer required to complete your work and make it to the next stop on your evolutionary journey.
Yep, if you read that active participation in Thee Practice is no longer required for you to make the leap, then you read that correctly.
In the About Page it states very clearly "Individual initiation is the only way to achieve full activation of Thee Practice. Only through Thee Practice can you achieve full spiritual awakening."
This was totally 100% correct before the shift. Those of you that are perm rezzed on this side of the rift change will have no idea what that means. Those of you that went on the side loop detour into wherever it was we were for the past 10 years will have most likely have noticed significant differences between "there" and "here". This all happened right around August 3rd. Some folks noticed it earlier, some folks noticed it later. The noticing was through a concatenation of subtle and not-so-subtle sudden changes.
This kind of thing happens all the time -- little changes that happen as if over night. So how does this add up to the notion of a world shift. The answer is in the question -- through the adding up
There are so many changes that go well beyond the level of coincedence and raving conspirousy theory. If you saw it, then you know what is meant. If you didn't see it, then pointing to a litany of examples will be of little use.
Take it as read, the rules have changed.
In this particular instance of the Urth Game, quality is not the decisiver factor -- quantity is the key.
In this instance doing a meditation poorly 100 times has a better result than doing it once a 100 times better. The single meditation done 100 times better is not the key. Doing the lame meditation 100 times is. Quantity over quality.
But that is not the big, BIG change.
In this instance, you can let your avatar do all of the heavy lifting.
In order to accomplish the work necessary to make the leap to your next stop on the evolution highway, all you need to do is log into the Prosperity Virtual Ashram once a day, escort your avatar to the appropriate work place, then bug out for the day if you wish.
You are welcome to stick around and accompany the avatar throughout the day. But it is not required. The avatar will do all the work, make all the spiritual efforts, and you get to share in the experience points.
You could go surfing, bar hopping, or veg out in front of soap operas all day. You will still get sufficient experience points to move on.
All you have to do is NEVER fail to log your avatar into the Ashram and let it do the work that needs to be done -- with you or without you.
The effort of will, the intentional act of logging the avatar in will bind you enough to allow the transfer of merit and experience points from the avatar to you.
You could look at it that way if you want. But, since the avatar is actually a future version of you, then technically you are still doing the work. Only it is the future much more able you that is doing the work.
Another way of asking this question could be: "If this is all that is required then what is the deal with Thee Practice. Why the website and why the trainings?"
Exactly, it isn't required. So why is it still here? Answer.... because there are individuals that want to be better prepared for the work they will be asked to do when they get to the next stop on the evolutionary highway.
Thee Practice is now totally elective, optional, and extra credit. That means, you can do it or don't. It is totally on you. Think of it as high school summer classes for college preparation. Those that need it and want it will benefit. And those that are not as motivated to excel in the next phase of their life will shuck it off as not important to do.
The part that is not optional, is not elective, is getting your avatar into the Ashram on a regular basis. If the avatar is going to do the work for you, then you need to make the microscopic effort required to establish a merit link -- a channel that allows you to collect your experience points and merit. It's like having a friend do your term paper for you. They can do the research, do the writing, do the editing, do the typing, do all of the creation of the term paper. But, you still have to at least turn it in. That small effort allows you to reap the benefit.
Did you "get" the part about the avatar being a future you? Did you "get" the part about the avatar doing a sh*t load of work on your behalf?
Well, don't cha think that being a little better prepared for such service would be a good idea?
Yep, Thee Practice can help prepare you for where you will already have been, once you get there. Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy makes the excellent point that grammer in a time traveling society is a mangled mess. So let's just ignore all that which came first stuff.
Simplify the problem into: you are here now and you have a guaranteed spot on the evolution train -- as long as you can manage to spend five minutes once a day logging your avatar into the Virtual Ashram and five minutes (or less) a day, logging the avatar out. This is sort of like how a fraterity work with legacy pledges. At least that's what they say in Revenge of the Nerds. :)
Now the question is, are you the kind of person that would like to put in extra effort, do the additional elective work that can better prepare you for what is coming?
If you are that person, then this website is for you.
